Dr. Berg earned his DDS degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland. A distinguished graduate, he was presented with membership to the Gorgas Odontological Society. He completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he received the Resident of the year award. Concurrently, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Berg went on to complete a Dental Anesthesiology Residency at Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago.

He received his undergraduate education majoring in Zoology at The University of Washington. His professional memberships include the Academy of General Dentistry, The American Dental Association, Pierce County Dental Society (past board member), the American Dental Society of Anesthesiologists (which he maintains diplomat status) and membership in the Academy of Osseo Integration and Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Berg grew up in Tacoma where he graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. His interests include outdoor activities, snow skiing, golfing and spending time with his wife Jessica and twin girls Hailey and Allison.
